Hey guys,
I am working on jump-starting my writing, and my focus is on my Dragon Ball Revenge fanfiction. A major plot point occurs during Age 737 when Planet Vegeta is destroyed and while it was initially something revealed later in the first season I am beginning to think it would work better as the introduction to the entire series in a sort of prologue format.
The idea is to write the story in fanfiction style but include various drawn images to help show what is going on. I am not a great artist and certainly am not amazing at Dragon Ball art style but am planning a more simplistic overall look to the images more akin to my quickart style, likely (otherwise I would do it as a full manga-style webcomic).
The only thing is, I don't really like designing background characters who will never get used again. I tend to get distracted by them and end up trying to fill out their entire life history, haha. So, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to offer an opportunity to have any Saiyan characters you may have that were on Planet Vegeta on the day it was destroyed to appear in the background of some of these prologue scenes. They don't need to have any actual interaction between my characters and yours and can therefore avoid any consistency errors. The only primary canon scene to show will be Bardock in the... bar, or whatever it was, after his team were executed. At the same time I need about 12 more new characters to follow my character Gordo aboard the Leftover and allow for a surviving population of Saiyans to continue on the outskirts, so I can even take new characters if you have any idea for one; however for these characters they would need to have vegetable-themed names and have black hair -- I could probably accept one with the Vegeta lineage's dark brown hair as well if one popped up.
